The client’s brief and intentions are to maximise on the use of their unused land space by increasing the size of their existing property. The proposal is for a new single storey rear extension, a new double storey side extension, and a new loft conversion.

The new proposed layout is intended to significantly increase the square footage of living space whilst maintaining the character of the property. Further to being granted planning permission, our instruction was to design new structures that will not obstruct space and character of the existing building. By early involvement and discussion with all parties involved in the project, we produced a new structural design that seamlessly coordinated with the architectural proposal.
