The client’s brief and intentions were to completely transform their existing space throughout the property. The proposal is for a new single storey rear extension, full reconfiguration of their ground floor, first floor, second floor and addition of new balconies.

The new proposed layout is envisaged to update and transform the existing space into a modern and opening living space finished to a very high spec. By understanding the client requirements and budget, we were able to produce a new structural design that met the client’s need. Also by having early discussions and meetings with the contractor during the new structure design, we were able produce a structural design that incorporated the contractor’s preferred methods of construction which aided in the ease and speed of construction on site.
